Complex is open to visitors in early 2008. Coziness, cozy atmosphere and stylish decor in the spirit of the old Bulgarian houses, combined with peace, tranquility and beauty of the mountain, predispose for recreation in nature. The spacious landscaped yard with beautiful stone walls is a large summer BBQ in the old style, which offers all facilities for recreation among Nature. The Three houses are suitable destination for a family vacation or holiday with friends throughout the year.

The Mariana house is the largest for a maximum of 6 people, with two large bedrooms, large living room, which has a bed for two people. Houses Tony and Nicky are suitable for 4 people, have one large bedroom, separate living room, which can sleep two people. In each house there is an option for additional bed.

The atmosphere is cozy and quiet. Heating in autumn and winter with fireplace, anywhere warm, hot water and there during winter! The houses have porches with tables and chairs where you can enjoy the beauty of nature!

The bathrooms are modern and equipped with everything necessary, one of the houses has a jacuzzi. The kitchens have the necessary equipment: coffee maker, microwave, kettle, cooker with modern ceramic coating, cooking oven, refrigerator, dishes and everything you remember. If desired, you can prepare breakfast.

There is a great summer barbecue in old-style oven. Three great masses can feel good 18-20 people. For autumn barbecue is closed and has a gas stove for heating. The yard is large and allows children to play freely, and to bathe in a small pool and outdoor shower. On a green lawn chairs.

The complex is located in the picturesque village of Beli Osam, 10 km. by Troyan, in peace and quiet and beauty of the Troyan Balkan. Beli Osam River provides fishing opportunities. 5 km from the complex is located resort Chiflik, a 15 km is Shipkovo. They are known for its hot mineral pools.

The main historical and cultural monument of the region, located 20 km away from the Complex is the third largest monastery in Bulgaria – the Troyan Monastery, built in the XIV century. 20 km is "Beklemeto, where winter can ski and summer to make transitions in certain routes.
